REMOTE SHOOTING
It all begins with an idea.
REMOTELY.
We cannot wait to get back on set and start creating again. Now that we're able to begin moving forward, we've been working on new protocol that allows us to do so safely.
REMOTE SHOOTING -
Our remote shooting set up allows clients and agencies to see what's happening on set in real-time. We will also provide a custom, secure site that will stream stills and motion to your work-from-home set up. Reach out to studio@hickeyphotography.com directly to preview our Real-Time Client Portal.
SAFETY -
Now that we're able to begin moving forward, we've been working on the following safety measures:
Designated PPE Pelican Case that includes masks, gloves, and hand sanitizer
Equipment & tools from trusted, strategic partners
Following State and Federal guidelines
Limiting sets to 10 people or less
These tools will keep those that need to be on set feel safe & comfortable.
We feel confident that our years of experience with running small crews will allow us to deliver quality work without risking the safety of our team, our clients, or our agency partners.

Who: Client: AgriGold Agency: FLM Harvest

Where: Kentucky
Fun: Facing a sub-tropical storm head-on! Only a few hours to shoot before the massive storm hit us, we moved quickly and efficiently while getting everything done. The tornado sirens went off and we had to head indoors for a couple of hours to wait it out. In the end, we walked away with some great images and video for the client (and a great story!).
LAND O’LAKES x UNITED WAY
It all begins with an idea.
This past September we shot a campaign for Land O’Lakes and United Way. Land O’Lakes gives employees time off to go and volunteer at a charity or organization of their choice. We spent two days capturing video and stills of the people who volunteer and those who are on the receiving end as well. We utilized a 16 Quasar tube light ladder to give us a big soft light source that was ideal for both stills and motion. By the end of the shoot we had video assets as well as a small image library of authentic emotional portraits for the client to use all over the Land O’Lakes Campus.

BURKE RODEO
It all begins with an idea.
Nestled in south central South Dakota the town of Burke holds the Burke Stampede Rodeo each summer. The town of around 600 attracts some of the best rides in the country and a few from out of the United States as well. The heat, dust and raw energy of the event is something to behold.
FMC NORTH DAKOTA
It all begins with an idea.
Last summer we traveled to Wimbledon, North Dakota for a shoot with FMC. Over two days we shot still and motion side by side from sunrise to sunset creating a diverse image library. Due to the fires at the time in Montana we had unbelievable light throughout the day. The warm sunrises and sunsets lasted hours thanks to the smoky haze making the shots unique with the quality of light.

TRAIL BUILDERS

A lot of hard work goes into building new mountain biking trails. It's a true labor of love crafting the dirt in a way that has a minimal impact on the earth but is fun to ride. This new trail will be opening soon near Theodore Wirth Park in Minneapolis.
MCLEOD COUNTY FAIR
It all begins with an idea.
This past weekend, we went on a drive out to the countryside and stumbled upon the McLeod County Fair in Hutchinson, MN. From farm animals to vintage tractor pulls, it was a great way to prepare our stomachs for the cheese curds at the Minnesota State Fair, which opens today.
