This summer I set out to reinvent my whole brand image. With the great help from a few close designer friends I now have a new logo and new business cards to go along with the all new website.

Bomba
I have been wanting to do more video work for a while now. When I found out that my multi- tallented friend Tearra does Bomba Dancing I knew right away we had to do a project. The set up was very simple gelled back lights and lots of fog to add to the swirling/shaking movments of bomba. The video is in the works right now but here are a few photos we got once we finished shooting the video.
Quick Pick #7 Essentials
Been working on my product photography lately. Shot the two things I never ever leave home with out.
North Shore Camping
A bit more of a personal blog post here, but I went camping on the North Shore of Lake Superior with my Girlfriend. We lucked out and had the most amazing weather and no bugs. I was excited to be that far North because I have been itching to do some star photos but in the cities you always get a glow from all the lights. We had a blast cooking only on an open fire, sleeping in a tent and exploring such an amazing part of Minnesota.
Going 3D
My good friend bought me a very cool camera a year or two ago. Its called a Nishika N8000. It is a 3d camera which takes 4 photos at the same time at slightly different angles. I had yet to shoot the camera until recently some friends where talking about them via twitter and I was inspired to toss a roll into my N8000 and see what I could get. I blasted the roll off quickly since you get half the exposures you normally would with a 35mm camera. Later that evening I went to my friends house where we develop our own color film (not really that hard at all if you aren’t picky about the color). After letting the film dry we scanned it and whipped up a GIF of one of the images.
I did learn something about shooting 3d and that is you really need something in the foreground as well as background otherwise it totally loses its effect. That said I am super excited to play more with my N8000 Should be really fun party camera!
Studio Timelapse
I shot with Brittany the other week for her photos she was submitting to Americas Next Top Model. She needed a full body, bikini and a head shot. We met up at Prospect Park Studio where I do most of my studio work. I set up my 7d on a tripod to document the shoot start to finish, check it out.
Dance With The Devil
Dance with the devil….Or take his photo. This is one of “many to come images” from a recent shoot for SixSpeed. If you don’t know who then are be sure to check out their website its full of awesome content. They are a creative agency/marketing I don’t really know how to label them besides just saying that SixSpeed just DOES.
The devil here is Glenn who is possibly the coolest and most out there guy I know. When I saw this outfit I knew we were in for something special.
Workout/ Yoga Shoot
Simply put I shot some yoga and workout photos in the Studio recently. Here are some of the shots.

Test Shoot With Vasi
I have been building up my commercial portfolio and have started shooting a bit of fashion as well. This shoot went so well that it was really hard to make my selects. Both Amber and Vasi are so good at what they do that this shoot went off with out the slightest hiccup.
